Going to hold onto this week

The happy rush of cookie baking, present shopping, making and wrapping, cooking, Christmas card making and Christmas mailing has finally come to an end. I am a little sad it is over, but glad as well. I have to say it was so awesome to see my family enjoy the true meaning of Christmas this year, by listening to the story of Jesus’s birth and what that has meant for this world. It was awesome to spend time with people we have recently met and have a truly memorable Christmas Eve. Christmas day was fun as always watching the kids excitement as they wake us up (way to early) to start ripping into those presents they have been impatiently waiting for. The day was slow and sweet, with some yummy food, playing games and having some company over for dinner.

So this Christmas we had the joy of the season, family, fellowship, and snow. Truly memorable; just wish a few special family members and friends could have shared it with us as well.

I am going to hold onto these past few days all year and keep them close to my heart for next Christmas; when some of our family will be miles away from us.

If you guys get a chance to play SORRY! Sliders; do! It is a blast and we played it over and over yesterday. We also watched Despicable Me (Single-Disc Edition) last night as well, that was pretty funny. Shane thinks it is more funny than Shrek (Full Screen Single Disc Edition), but I do not think

I hope you all had a special and magical Christmas this year and I pray you all do next year as well.
